Good prices and next day delivery. Everything as promised. I recommend

I've contacted phone house multiple times and they have told me the phone will be in stock today and it isnt so am just writing this review so people can beware that they tell alot of lies

Ordered phone on the 11th of July for next day delivery still not received. Please can foneshouse stop advertising phones as next day if you do not have stock! I have contacted customer service and they have put delivery date back twice. Apparently due 22nd July.

After being hounded on the phone for weeks when my contract was up for renewal I finally gave in the operator was hard to understand and had to keep ringing me back to speak to her supervisor after many intrusive questions and providing every bit of identification and bank details they offered me a great deal took money out of my account then told me to go to the nearest ee shop with a code ee said they never heard of them and just laughed after several what’s app calls I managed to speak to the young girl who said they cancelled the deal so won’t be getting my phone

Very fast delivery great at keeping you up to date with to process of purchase and delivery. Highly recommend.

I had the worse experience with them wasted my time and money.

Ordered new phone Saturday afternoon arrived Sunday afternoon first class

I got told that if I ordered before 1pm on a Saturday my order would arrive the following morning but it didn’t come until Tuesday evening so I had no phone for 3 days

Fonehouse were great. Good communication. Shame dpd let down my experience. They delivered the wrong package!

My phone was ordered on Sunday and delivered on Monday which I thought was very good. Can’t wait for my number to be transferred so I can use it properly. Thank you

Fast delivery. My original number still hasn’t transferred over, I spoke to an advisor who politely said on the Friday (two days after the phone arrived) as it’s the weekend, it may not be connected until Monday or Tuesday. Today is Wednesday and still no number transferred! I spoke to my original provider (O2) and was told they no longer have my number. Seriously, how hard can it be, surely I’m not the first customer to transfer a number to a different provider!

Have to say I was very impressed with both the speed and communication from Fonehouse.
Found them through a link on Martin Lewis web site which gave me some confidence and the experience did not disappoint.

I ordered my phone late Friday afternoon (4pm ish). Very easy to use web site and clear about what was and what was not included.
Promised to be delivered by 3 to 4 pm next day (which frankly I didn’t believe) but smack on time it arrive.
Just had to pop the sim in and I was off and running.
Email updates from both Fonehouse confirming order and progress as well as email confirmation from the network provider.
5 stars.

I'm a bit disappointed with the phone that I got, I bought the s22 ultra with a contract I went to a samsung store to check about my new phone because my Samsung pay and couple of other apps was not working, they check the IMIE of the phone and they find out that the phone came from Poland and wile the phone is in UK is not possible to use certen apps!!!!

Bought from them before. My current handset ends next month an S20+ 5G.

So I wanted to upgrade mine after 2 years.

Albeit my phone is still brand new like condition after to years. The battery aged like hell and don't last as long anymore.

And by design you cannot swap batteries anymore. Forced to upgrade the handset fully.

So I was Trying to get the latest and greatest from Samsung.

Everything set up and order done.

An hour or so the order was cancelled by them for security reasons?

And won't even tell you what was wrong.

All my checks went through too no problem.

Either way. I shall take my business elsewhere instead.
